About

From Aaron Gold, your Guide to Cars
Test drive: 2014 Nissan Versa S
With a list price of $12,800, the Nissan Versa S is the least-expensive new car sold in the US -- and I drove the actual stripped-down base-model version. And you know what? It's not nearly as dire as you might expect. Check out my review.

Test drive: 2015 Hyundai Genesis
The all-new Hyundai Genesis is not the least-expensive luxury car on the market, but a big leather-lined rear-drive luxury yacht priced under $39k is still pretty notable. Read my review to find out if this newest Hyundai can really go toe-to-toe with a Mercedes.

About Today: The Procrastinator's Tax Filing Guide

About

Still haven't done your taxes? You're not alone, and you're not totally doomed, but it's time to stop procrastinating already. You've only got a week to go before the deadline, so you'll probably need to accelerate the process a bit. Here are some tips for getting your documents together and sending in your return... before it's too late.

Do It Yourself
Think you're going to find a tax accountant to prepare your return at this stage of the game? Yeah, good luck with that. If you haven't already made an appointment, you're probably going it alone at this point. Fortunately, there are plenty of programs to help walk you through the process. Hey, you got yourself into this mess -- you'll have to dig yourself out.

Make It Quick
Technically you have the rest of the week and all of this coming weekend to finish things up. But let's be honest -- you don't have the luxury of time at this point. And if you wait until the actual last minute, you risk missing something important. Get started now, and follow these tips for streamlining the process.

Don't Miss These Deductions
Yes, you're in a hurry, but that's no excuse for missing deductions that could turn a tax bill into a refund. Even if you can't find a clever accountant to hunt down every last possible refund dollar, you can at least make sure you take advantage of these personal tax deductions. And there are a few money moves you can make now that will allow you to deduct even more.

Take an Extension, if Necessary
Hopefully it won't come to this, but if you can't get everything together by the deadline, it may be wise to file for an extension. Here's how to do it quickly so you can get some breathing room.
